R4K has a returns policy linked to the manufacturer’s warranty. If your product is not fit for purpose because of a manufacturer’s defect, please get in touch with the manufacturer to troubleshoot or assist you with a repair or replacement. As always, we are here to help get your product fixed or replaced in a timely manner.
If your product is damaged in transport when being delivered to you then R4K will replace the product with the same, undamaged product. If the product is not what you ordered and differs from the product outlined in your instalment agreement then we will, at our cost, organise the product to be returned and replaced with the product outlined in your agreement, so long as the product has not been used.
R4K offers full product support during the instalment agreement term and all products come with the manufacturer’s warranty. All warranties are in addition to your consumer rights under Australian Consumer Law. Manufacturers warranties may or may not outlive the instalment agreement period. These warranties do not override or limit consumer guarantees under Australian Consumer Law. R4K works with all customer to support them during the agreement period and we strive to ensure all customers have the best after sales support possible. Yes, upon fulfilling all your R4K Instalment Loan payments, the ownership of the product is transferred to you once the last payment has been made successfully.
All R4K products are covered for faults and manufacture defects as covered by the products standard manufactures’ warranty, however, if damage is caused by accident, neglect or not used as the intended purpose it will not be covered by R4K.
Please also note, if you get any unauthorised technician/business to repair your item, you will void the manufacturer’s warranty and no further work required would be covered by your contract.
For manufacturer’s warranty coverage, you will need to contact the manufacturer directly for support.
If your items are lost or stolen, they are not covered by your contract, and it remains your responsibility to have appropriate insurance in case such incidents occur. However, you are still required to continue making payments for the duration of your contract.
