Returns

R4K has a returns policy linked to the manufacturer’s warranty. If your product is not fit for purpose because of a manufacturer’s defect, please get in touch with the manufacturer to troubleshoot or assist you with a repair or replacement. As always, we are here to help get your product fixed or replaced in a timely manner.

If your product is damaged in transport when being delivered to you then R4K will replace the product with the same, undamaged product. If the product is not what you ordered and differs from the product outlined in your instalment agreement then we will, at our cost, organise the product to be returned and replaced with the product outlined in your agreement, so long as the product has not been used.

Warranty

R4K offers full product support during the instalment agreement term and all products come with the manufacturer’s warranty. All warranties are in addition to your consumer rights under Australian Consumer Law. Manufacturers warranties may or may not outlive the instalment agreement period. These warranties do not override or limit consumer guarantees under Australian Consumer Law. R4K works with all customer to support them during the agreement period and we strive to ensure all customers have the best after sales support possible. Our customer care team is available during business hours.

Just provide a few key details for identity verification, and we’ll ensure your loan is tailored to suit your needs perfectly. We need to identify your full name, date of birth and current address, you can provide a combination of the following identity documents to validate this information:

  • Drivers Licence, Key Pass, Student ID, Australia/Foreign Passport, Birth Certificate, Medicare Card, Bank Statements, any government issued statement i.e , ATO Notice of Assessment, 
  • Your consent to retrieve a bank statement and credit check which we can do for you. No hassle

Yes, you can apply if you are receiving benefits. However, please note that at this stage, we are unable to accept Centrepay Deductions due to a constraint set by Services Australia. We offer Ezi debit or direct debit payment methods as alternatives.

If you apply for an R4K Instalment Loan, we take credit matters seriously and assume responsibility to ensure that the contract is not unsuitable for you.

When you apply for an R4K Instalment Loan, we do conduct a credit check to assist us in verifying that the loan payments align with your financial capabilities.

You can make payments through Ezi debit or direct debit methods. Unfortunately, we cannot accept Centrepay Deductions as Services Australia does not allow them for credit contracts.

Yes, upon fulfilling all your R4K Instalment Loan payments, the ownership of the product is transferred to you once the last payment has been made successfully.

All R4K products are covered for faults and manufacture defects as covered by the products standard manufactures’ warranty, however, if damage is caused by accident, neglect or not used as the intended purpose it will not be covered by R4K.

Please also note, if you get any unauthorised technician/business to repair your item, you will void the manufacturer’s warranty and no further work required would be covered by your contract.

For manufacturer’s warranty coverage, you will need to contact the manufacturer directly for support.

If your items are lost or stolen, they are not covered by your contract, and it remains your responsibility to have appropriate insurance in case such incidents occur. However, you are still required to continue making payments for the duration of your contract.

All the products available on our website are brand new and directly sourced from our suppliers. Currently, we do not offer second-hand products.

We offer convenient delivery services that bring your order directly to your doorstep. 

Through our extensive network of suppliers and couriers, we ensure prompt and reliable delivery. For standard deliveries, there will be a delivery fee of $80, and for deliveries outside the standard area this may incur an extra fee.

The specific delivery company will depend on the product you have ordered. Please note that since we utilise third-party suppliers and couriers instead of maintaining our own delivery fleet, occasional delays may occur due to communication between these parties.

Upon delivery, a signature will typically be required, unless alternative arrangements have been made.

Hardship Form

To give you every chance of providing you with the products you want, we need to do a financial assessment based on a one-off appraisal of your bank account. This is standard practice for any company working with the Consumer Credit Act. Our bank checks are done by an award-winning, secure service.

While our payments are advertised weekly, you can choose to pay every week or fortnight if that fits your financial situation.
